Customer pays the first invoice
The referral is tied to the subscription. The 7-day trial doesn't count — commission starts when the first invoice is paid.
You get paid via Pix on the 10th
After the holding period (14d monthly · 30d yearly), the commission becomes eligible and is included in the next month's payout. Minimum R$ 100 accumulated.

Invoice paid
Commission is created when the invoice.paid webhook fires. Waits for the holding period to end.
Holding period complete
No refund or chargeback during the period. A daily job automatically moves it to eligible.
Pix sent
Manual payment via Pix every 10th, with a receipt by email. Minimum R$ 100.
Refund after payment → deducted from the next payout. Cancellation during holding period → commission cancelled before becoming eligible.

When a customer uses a coupon (e.g. LAUNCH30 for 30% off for 3 months), your commission is calculated on the amount actually paid. Once the discount expires, it automatically reverts to the full value.

Trials don't earn commission
Commission starts only when the first invoice is paid (after the 7-day trial). Cancelled trial = no commission.
Annual renewals generate a new commission
Every 12 months, when the annual renewal is charged, a new 15% commission is automatically generated.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refund during the holding period cancels the commission. A refund after payment is deducted from the next payout.

Frequently asked questions
Is the program only for Brazil?+
Yes, at this stage. Payments are made via Pix (BRL) and attribution is restricted to customers paying in reais. USD/EUR support is on the future roadmap.
How long does the commission last?+
For monthly plans, the commission is lifetime — you receive 25% on every paid invoice, every month, for as long as the customer stays active. For yearly plans, you receive 15% on each annual renewal.
Why is there a holding period?+
To protect both parties against refunds and chargebacks. Monthly has 14 days, yearly has 30 days. If a dispute occurs during that period, the commission is cancelled before becoming eligible.
What happens if the customer requests a refund after I've already been paid?+
The amount is deducted from the next payout (next Pix). If you have no future balance, it becomes a negative balance — but this is rare and handled case by case.
Why is the commission on the net, not the gross?+
Because Stripe Brazil charges 3.99% + R$ 0.39 per transaction. The commission is always calculated after that deduction.
What if the customer changes plans?+
On upgrades (e.g. Starter → Pro), the next full invoice already generates commission based on the new amount. On downgrades, the commission amount follows the new plan.
Is there a dashboard to track my commissions?+
Not yet. At this stage, a report is sent by email with your eligible balance, pending commissions, and Pix receipt. A self-service dashboard is on the roadmap.
How does last-click attribution work?+
If a visitor first clicks affiliate A's link and then affiliate B's link before subscribing, affiliate B gets the commission. Attribution is overwritten on each new ?ref=.
