1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RankLayer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

RankLayer is a SaaS platform for search engine and artificial intelligence optimization (GEO/AEO). Our services include automated generation of optimized content, programmatic page management, keyword cluster analysis, and positioning monitoring across AI tools.

3. Registration and Account

To use RankLayer, you must create an account providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans and Payment

RankLayer offers different subscription plans with specific features and limits. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Cancellations can be made at any time through the dashboard, effective at the end of the already paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RankLayer only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable law. The following is prohibited:

• Using the platform to generate illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Attempting to access systems or data of other users without authorization
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the service
• Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated methods to access the platform
• Reselling or redistributing access to the service without prior authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by the platform for your account belongs to you. The technology, brand, interface, source code, and other elements of RankLayer are the exclusive property of RankLayer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

RankLayer is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific ranking results in search engines or AI tools. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect access to the service.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
